AI Fundamentals for Image Training with System In Motion, Tuesday 10 February 2026

On Tuesday, 10 February 2026, SweCham successfully organized the AI Fundamentals for Image Training in collaboration with System in Motion (SIM). A focused and hands-on training designed to help companies revolutionize their image production workflow by using artificial intelligence.
This intensive 3-hour training session, held from 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM, was tailored for professionals and organizations looking to integrate AI image models into their creative and marketing processes, improving efficiency, visual consistency, as well as innovation, without compromising creative control.
The training was led by Gonzague Patinier – Trainer for Thailand & Vietnam at PPP Partners. The training offered a practical, non-technical approach in order to help participants understand how AI-generated images can be effectively used in real business contexts. Through guided exercises and real-world examples, participants gained foundational knowledge along with hands-on skills needed to apply AI image tools confidently within their workflows.
Throughout the session, participants had the chance to explore how to build effective chains of prompts, learning the importance of clearly defining roles, tasks, and wording to shape rapid, accurate, and high-quality AI outputs. Special emphasis was placed on how prompt structure directly influences the final visual results.
Participants had the opportunity to explore these topics during the training:
Understanding AI image models: How AI interprets prompts and generates visual outputs.
Chains of prompts: Structuring prompts step by step to maintain consistency and accuracy.
Role and task definition: Assigning clear instructions to guide AI behaviour.
Order and wording: Learning why sequence and language choices are crucial to defining outcomes.
Essential prompt components
Subject: Using clear, concrete nouns instead of abstract concepts.
Description: Defining actions and visual details.
Style: Specifying formats such as photography, cartoons, or paintings.
Framing: Controlling composition and positioning.
Situation: Setting the mood, context, and overall atmosphere.
The training encouraged active participation and discussion, creating an engaging learning environment where participants could immediately apply concepts through hands-on practice.
Together with strong engagement throughout the session, the AI Image training equipped participants with practical tools and confidence to begin leveraging AI for smarter, faster, and more impactful image creation in their organizations.
