SweCham was delighted to participate in the “Integrity in Practice Forum – Shaping the Future through Responsible Governance,” hosted by the Thai-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce (TNCC) in collaboration with the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Bangkok. The event also marked TNCC’s 30th Anniversary, celebrating three decades of strong partnership and collaboration within the Thai-Norwegian business community since 1996.
Bringing together leaders and experts from the public sector, private sector, and academia, the forum created a valuable platform for exchanging perspectives on integrity, transparency, accountability, and responsible governance through Thai, Norwegian, and international lenses. Key discussions highlighted the importance of embedding integrity into organisational culture, strengthening transparency in practice, fostering ethical leadership, and reinforcing anti-corruption efforts through both governance and education. The sessions also explored how businesses and institutions can build trust, encourage accountability, and prepare future leaders to navigate evolving expectations around responsible business conduct.
Participants gained practical insights through engaging panel discussions and an interactive workshop, encouraging open dialogue, shared experiences, and collaboration on navigating real-world integrity challenges. The event also provided excellent opportunities to connect with cross-sector leaders committed to building a transparent, sustainable, and future-ready business environment.
It was a highly insightful and engaging event filled with meaningful discussions, valuable exchanges, and excellent networking opportunities. We look forward to continued collaboration in promoting responsible and sustainable business practices.
