This February, Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok fuels romantic passions with unforgettable Valentine's experiences, from couple’s gourmet adventures to loved-up movie date nights and even a spectacular opportunity for singles to meet their perfect match in 2025.   

Ms.Jigger invites you to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a delightful culinary journey curated by Chef Davide Caló as he has created an exquisite four-course Valentine’s menu, designed to delight your palate and make your evening unforgettable. 

The experience begins with a sloe gin-based cocktail, blending a perfect harmony of tropical and floral notes. Delicate venison tartare or salmon carpaccio is followed by smoked eggplant tortelli with tomato fondue and creamy stracciatella. Main course options are perfectly baked snow fish with saffron potato purée or Secreto Iberico pork with gorgonzola, and the final indulgence is a delightful strawberry tart with sweet vanilla custard and strawberry jelly. This special Valentine's menu is available from 13 – 15 February 2025 for THB 3,700.

Diners will fall head over claws for Stock.Room’s Love & Lobster Brunch on 15 February 2025, designed not only for couples but friends, family and everyone in between to socialise deliciously. The elevated brunch experience features grilled whole Canadian lobster, Lobster Raviolis, Lobster Pizzas, Lobster Empanadas and more. Other culinary highlights include assorted fresh premium seafood on ice, Fine de Claire oysters shucked live or served Rockefeller with truffle hollandaise, Kobe beef, Wagyu tenderloin, Rib eye steak and Chardonnay seared foie gras. 

Guests can choose from four packages: THB 2,990 per adult, including unlimited soft drinks; THB 3,790 per adult, including unlimited prosecco and selected alcoholic beverages; THB 4,790 per adult, including unlimited champagne and selected alcoholic beverages; and THB 1,450 per child under 12 years old, including unlimited soft drinks.

For those who prefer a dinner out, on 14 and 15 February 2025, Stock.Room’s famed Sea+Land offers a special Valentine’s Edition, serving unlimited sizzling selection of seafood, prime cuts and à la minute specialities from live, interactive stations. Feasting highlights include Canadian lobster, succulent river prawns, melt-in-the-mouth steaks and more.

From 10 – 17 February 2025, passionate sippers and nibblers can step into a deliciously rose-hued dreamscape at CRAFT, with the all-day jovial hotspot serving special Valentine's beverages and bakery spreads.  

Limited-edition Valentine’s drinks include Bitter Hearts Latte with strawberry purée and chocolate; a Be Mine Highball with osmanthus, lychee, yuzu, peach and jasmine tonic; Love Affair with vanilla ice cream; and sweet Cupid’s Latte.  

For solo drop-in customers who are missing their sweethearts, CRAFT makes sure their sentiments are shared! With every purchase of a Valentine’s Day muffin and any Valentine’s drink, a postcard is included for the diner to write a love note to their significant other, with CRAFT taking care of the postage too. 

For the ultimate movie date night, from 14 – 16 February 2025, CRAFT turns its outdoor terrace into an open-air cinema screening a trio of heart-melting romantic films. Guests can choose to immerse in any one (or all!) of the movies available. Pair your special movie night with free-flowing wines during the screening for just THB1,000 per person.
