We're proud to announce that our member Khun Wichien Harnpraween, Managing Partner of Wissen & Co, has been appointed Vice Chairman of the Extraordinary Committee on the Business Facilitation Act.
The committee recently completed its review, and the revised draft Act will soon be proposed to Parliament. Once approved, this new law is expected to significantly ease the process of doing business in Thailand.
Additionally, Khun Wichien was appointed as a Legal Counsel to the Ordinary Committee on Consumer Protection by the House of Representatives. In late 2024, his service was recognized with a prestigious honor: the Royal Orders and Decorations of the Kingdom of Thailand, granted by His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn.
