Siam Premier represented Frontline Engineering (FLE) on its IPO

Siam Premier represented 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 (𝗙𝗟𝗘), a water management solutions provider and equipment distributor, on its 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗜𝗣𝗢 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘀 in the Industrial Products sector on the Market for Alternative Investment on 1 September 2026.

Siam Premier partner, 𝗦𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘂𝗻 𝗞𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘄𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗴, together with senior associate, 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗶 𝗞𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗮 and associate, 𝗦𝘂𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗮 𝗛𝗲𝗻𝘄𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗽𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘁 (all pictured) were delighted to assist FLE and attend the listing ceremony together with FLE’s management team, financial advisor and underwriters at the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
