Warmly welcome 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳 𝗡𝗶𝗸𝗹𝗮𝘀 𝗘𝗹𝗳𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 a seasoned professional with Swedish-Thai roots and a diverse background in the culinary world.  From humble beginnings working with the bounty of daily caught seafood in Falkenberg, Sweden, to honing his skills at renowned establishments like Lore of the Land in London and Gastrologik in Sweden, Chef Niklas brings a unique blend of expertise and European creativity to every dish he creates. 

His tenure as Acting Head Chef at At Six hotel and Wedholms fisk in Stockholm further solidifies his reputation as a top-tier culinary professional. 

Currently, Chef Niklas is showcasing his talents at The Landmark Bangkok, where he excels in curating exceptional banquet and restaurant experiences.  

Chef Niklas will delight us at the grand SweCham 35th Anniversary Gala Dinner on November 9 with an exquisite, Sweden-inspired menu featuring modern twists and flair.
