Endline Research Findings on Fishers and Seafood Workers in Thailand by Rapid Asia

SweCham member, Rapid Asia, who specialises in social research and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) consulting conducted an interesting research and published report earlier this year.

This was an endline survey carried out by Rapid Asia on fishers and seafood workers in Thailand. The study was done on behalf of ILO Ship to Shore Rights Project, funded by the European Union. This was a follow-up study to the baseline survey carried out by Rapid Asia in 2017, using a similar methodology. The study captures changes to working conditions and measures prevalence for forced labour. To find out more read the full report.
