What happens when professionals come together not for a formal meeting, but for genuine connection? “Let’s Fika It Out Together” offered exactly that—an engaging and refreshing afternoon centered around the Swedish concept of Fika : taking time to slow down, share coffee, and create space for meaningful conversations. Bringing together a diverse group of professionals from various industries, the session created a welcoming environment where participants could step away from their daily routines and engage in open, thoughtful dialogue. What began as a simple gathering quickly evolved into an afternoon filled with insight, laughter, and authentic exchange. Set in a warm and inclusive atmosphere, the session encouraged participants to explore new perspectives and build connections across cultures and generations. Through guided discussions and interactive exercises, attendees had the opportunity to reflect, share experiences, and co-create ideas in a relaxed yet purposeful setting. This was followed by an Embassy Address from Per Linnér, Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of Sweden , highlighting the strength of Swedish–Thai partnerships and a shared commitment to innovation, sustainability, and long-term collaboration. We were also honoured to hear from Tim Leelahaphan, Executive Director and Senior Economist for Thailand and Vietnam at Standard Chartered Bank (Thai) Public Company Limited , who delivered an insightful keynote on the economic trends expected in the coming year, including key perspectives on the Thai baht and political developments.
