The primary objective of YHP is to prevent non-communicable diseases (NCDs) among young individuals aged 10 to 24 living in vulnerable conditions. The event included a pitching competition among students from Suankularb Wittayalai School, organised with Plan International to promote anti-smoking policies and advocate for smoke-free schools. YHP is part of AstraZeneca's commitment to sustainability, aiming to improve sustainable healthcare, reinforce health systems, ensure equitable access and offer enhanced health choices. Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, at Government House. The meeting reinforced collaboration between the public and private sectors to support Thailand’s economic development. Led by JFCCT Chairwoman Ms. Vibeke Lyssand Leirvåg, the delegation presented six strategic recommendations to boost Thailand’s long-term competitiveness: Enhancing national competitiveness Advancing integrated digital government services Developing future-ready skills Strengthening SMEs Promoting sustainable development Accelerating FTAs, open logistics, and OECD accession These policy actions aim to support business continuity, promote investment, and elevate Thailand’s global competitiveness. JFCCT continues to drive key initiatives on SME development, FTA progress, and enhanced productivity, skills, and innovation. Click here to download the Business Climate Survey Team Sweden Thailand –Business Sweden, Thai-Swedish Chamber of Commerce and the Embassy of Sweden in Thailand – conducted a survey during February-April 2018 with the purpose to understand how Swedish companies established in Thailand perceive the business climate. One of the insights found is that the Swedish companies have a positive outlook where 84% expect their revenue to grow the coming three years, of which more than 30% expect growth over 20%. Tailored specifically for professionals in Finance, Marketing, and Human Resources, the workshop provided a practical, non-technical introduction to how artificial intelligence can streamline operations, improve decision-making, and provide a competitive edge. Over the course of three intensive hours, participants were guided through five focused chapters and two practical exercises, transforming complex AI concepts into actionable business tools — all without requiring a technical background. The workshop was led by Gonzague Patinier – Trainer for Thailand & Vietnam at PPP Partners , and Mishari Muqbil – CEO of Zymple . Their expertise and hands-on guidance were instrumental in making the session both insightful and actionable, equipping attendees with the confidence and clarity to begin integrating AI into their own workflows. Participants had the opportunity to dive deep into the following topics: Understanding how AI can create text and its real uses in your work: Real-world examples showed how businesses are using AI to save time and effort across departments. Learning how to talk to AI to get the best results: Attendees learned how to structure prompts effectively using the ERCFC framework to maximize AI performance. Integrating AI into existing workflows: Practical strategies were shared to help organizations adopt AI without disrupting day-to-day operations. Discovering advanced AI techniques: The session explored advanced methods such as “Chain of Thought” prompting to enhance problem-solving and strategic thinking. Connecting your company’s knowledge with powerful AI: Participants explored how to combine internal knowledge bases with AI tools for more intelligent and informed decisions.
